Job summary

Trinnex in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with senior leaders and guide financial decisions that drive growth and profitability. You will own FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities include analyzing revenue and project profitability, monitoring performance, supporting reporting and dashboards with Power BI and Oracle ERP, and collaborating across operations and project accounting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years of related experience.
Experience FP&A, corporate finance, or project accounting.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles.

Responsibilities

Provide financial insights and forecasting to leadership.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
Analyze financial and operational performance (revenue, margins, KPIs).
Monitor project financials, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate on revenue recognition, contract review, and client billing.
Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting; drive performance analysis.
Support internal controls, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
Leverage Power BI and Oracle ERP for reporting and analytics.
