Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner for leadership, guiding financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will lead financial planning, forecasting, project financial management, performance reporting, and strategic decision‑making across the business, partnering with Operations and Project Accounting teams while leveraging Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to enhance insights.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or project accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis experience.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient in Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Oracle ERP for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and long‑range planning processes.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, and key metrics; monitor performance.
• Assess risks and opportunities; propose actions to improve outcomes.
• Support revenue recognition, contract review, billing, and compliance with finance teams.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reports for management discussions.
• Drive process improvements and elevate financial controls across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to enhance reporting and decision making.
