You will lead planning, forecasting, project accounting, performance reporting, and strategic decision‑making across the organization, partnering with leaders and cross‑functional teams. The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI, and Oracle ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and project accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and contract management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to influence decisions and drive performance.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities; experience with BI tools.
• Experience with Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations to support strategic growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition and billing.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Support controls and process improvements across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel for reporting and analytics.
