Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations that support strategic decisions and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance: revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting to support revenue recognition, contract reviews, and billing/compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvements across the business.
