Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or similar discipline.
• 1–4 years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, or variance analysis.
• Exposure to financial modeling, debt/covenant analysis, or acquisition due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close process and preparation of financial reporting.
• Analyze actual results vs budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Investigate variances and develop clear financial narratives.
• Maintain and improve financial models, assumptions, and forecast accuracy.
• Support acquisition due diligence and cross-functional analysis.
• Perform ad hoc financial and regulatory analysis and support transaction readiness.
