Shift4 is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with FP&A and Treasury, driving financial performance through analysis, modeling, and reporting. The role supports senior leadership and the Board, focusing on budgets, forecasts, and efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Finance-related degree, 4+ years of experience, and strong Excel/Tableau skills. Experience with Python/SQL is preferred, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical tools for large data sets preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial results, forecasts, and budgets for assigned business units.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess business performance and scenarios.
• Monitor KPIs, financial trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive management and, when appropriate, the Board of Directors.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
• Mentor junior analysts and implement process improvements in reporting and analysis.
