Job summary

4over is seeking a strategic Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Product, IT, HR, and Accounting to turn data into actionable decisions and drive profitable growth.

You will oversee enterprise performance reporting, KPI dashboards, and BI initiatives, while coordinating lender and Private Equity reporting and ensuring liquidity and capital allocation optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 10+ years in FP&A or Corporate Finance with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning.
• Experience with executives, boards, lenders, PE ownership and related reporting.
• Strong commercial/operational finance experience including pricing and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and key metrics.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Lead financial performance reviews with executives to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, pricing, investments, and optimization.
• Drive AI and analytics to improve forecasting, reporting, and automation.
