Job summary

Shift4 is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A and Treasury team in Lehigh Valley. You will drive financial performance through detailed analysis, modeling, and reporting, supporting senior leaders and improving processes.

You will build advanced models, monitor KPIs, and present recommendations to executives. The role requires 4+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel/Tableau skills, and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL for large data sets preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial results, forecasts, and budgets for assigned business units.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess performance, scenarios, and strategy.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Present key findings and recommendations to executive management and the Board of Directors.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts; improve reporting and analysis processes.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics.
