Planned Parenthood Federation of America seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Affiliate Financial & Business Analytics team. You will provide strategic FP&A support, build forecasts, dashboards, and financial models to sustain affiliate health and improve financial performance.

Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you will translate data into actionable insights, monitor budgets, and assist in program evaluation and financing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive governance bodies.
• Present financial findings and recommendations clearly.
• Support affiliate discussions by translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Perform analyses of budgets, forecasts, cash flow and operating results.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting tools.
• Support EFMP implementation and administration.
• Analyze affiliate performance to identify candidates for targeted intervention.
• Track outcomes of funded affiliates and evaluate program ROI.
