Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably with a 501c(3) organization.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive governance bodies.
• Present financial findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Support affiliate discussions by translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses of affiliate performance, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and operating results.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Support implementation and administration of EFMP and related monitoring programs.
• Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance against goals and milestones.
