Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to lead end-to-end financial consolidation for the Network P&L. You will coordinate close, budget, and forecast cycles, and deliver consolidated reports and presentations for executive audiences.

The role requires 2–4 years of financial planning experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams within the Network Finance organization.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in financial planning, P&L consolidation and reporting.
• Experience in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; ability to coordinate multi-team financial deliverables.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines across budget, forecast and close cycles.
• Collaborative work style with the ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and reconcile the Network P&L across all segments into an executive-ready financial view.
• Manage the Finance management process calendar for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and management presentations with accuracy.
• Identify and resolve consolidation variances and reconciling items; escalate material issues.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
