Job summary

Insight Health Systems is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and serve as a right hand to the Director of FP&A. This is a high-visibility role touching entity-level reporting, financial modeling, acquisition analysis, and strategic finance work that informs the CFO and executive team.

The right candidate turns messy source data into clean models, defends the numbers in front of leadership, and spots the story the variance is telling before asked.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or similar analytic role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills enabling three-statement/drivers models.
• Translate operational activity into financial results with strong statements knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to distill analysis into a concise memo.
• Comfort working with large, imperfect datasets and multiple source systems.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring entity-level and consolidated reporting across the portfolio, including monthly close packages and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain operating forecasts, service-line P&Ls, and acquisition proforms.
• Prepare CFO- and executive-facing deliverables that are clean, accurate, and decision-ready.
• Partner with operational and accounting teams to reconcile data and improve upstream data integrity.
• Support the annual budget and reforecast cycles, including templates and input consolidation.
• Pull and transform data from GL, revenue sources, and data warehouses; improve repeatability.
• Contribute to acquisition and corporate-development analysis, including diligence and return analysis.
• Continuously improve templates, data flows, and automation.
