Clear Capital, a national real estate analytics and data solutions company, seeks an experienced Finance Associate to support budgeting, reporting, and analysis across our business units. You will drive financial insights, help optimize performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate financial operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, GAAP knowledge, and advanced modeling with exposure to pricing, ROI analysis, and rolling forecasts in a dynamic real estate tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with GAAP and advanced modeling.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CFA or Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner across three entities, providing financial insights to drive cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, and consistent reporting.
• Contribute to financial reporting and analysis across three entities, helping maintain consistent reporting and alignment between departments.
• Assist leadership with analysis related to pricing, customer health, and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Technology team by tracking project lifecycles and assisting with capitalization evaluation.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close activities and ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
• Help implement AI and automation tools to improve financial processes and team efficiency.
• Participate in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial consolidation.
• Assist with financial analysis and decision support, including ROI analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, and identifying cost savings.
