CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. We seek an experienced Senior Associate, FP&A to own forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

You will partner with senior leaders across multiple lines of business, modernize forecasting infrastructure, and drive AI-enabled planning decisions with ownership of P&Ls. You’ll build models, lead reviews, and translate numbers into actionable insights for executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a high-growth or publicly traded company.
• Hands-on expertise with FP&A systems—NSPB, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream.
• Analytical horsepower with strong financial modeling and executive storytelling.
• Curious about applying AI and automation to FP&A workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner to senior leaders across Technology, Aviation, Member Care, Growth, Public Affairs, Legal, and People.
• Build dynamic, scalable financial models to support budgets, reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Manage opex and capex budgets and deliver monthly budget vs. actuals with commentary.
• Empower leaders to own their P&Ls through intuitive reporting and financial reviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities across business areas and drive cost savings.
• Support Investor Relations, Board materials, and Management Financial Review assets.
• Champion improvements to forecasting tools and AI-driven processes.
