Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Indiana is seeking a Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will partner with finance and business leaders to surface insights, support decision-making and improve performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. This role offers exposure to multiple business units and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis).
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports.
• Analyze key metrics to identify trends and insights; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and opportunities.
