Job summary

Keller Executive Search is partnering with a leading organization to identify a talented Financial Analyst who can turn data into insight and insight into action.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while building models for investment, cost, and operational decisions. You will also assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities and provide clear analysis to leadership for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with modeling and complex formulas
• Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
• Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder presentations

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance and trend analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Develop acquisition valuation and pro forma models from target financials for live M&A activity
• Support financial due diligence including quality of earnings analysis
• Analyze performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and monitor spend against plan
• Assist month-end and quarter-end close activities with accounting
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track business performance
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on pricing, cost, profitability, and investment opportunities
• Present findings clearly to finance and business stakeholders
