You will analyze results, budgets, and forecasts, translate data into clear recommendations, and develop long-range plans. Strong Excel skills and experience with FP&A are essential to drive improvements and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the 'why' behind the numbers.
• Ability to connect financial results to business drivers and broader trends.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders and non-financial audiences.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and provide fact-based recommendations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to take ownership from idea through execution.
• Advanced Excel skills; Oracle EPM experience preferred and Essbase a plus.
• A continuous-improvement mindset with an interest in technology, automation, and data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual results, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends, explain variances, and uncover opportunities.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges, evaluate opportunities, and influence outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions, investigate root causes, and develop solutions to complex business problems.
• Enhance financial models, reporting, and planning processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain scenario-based long-range plans to support strategic decision-making.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful visibility into business performance.
• Leverage technology, automation, and analytics to improve how Finance operates.
• Lead or contribute to projects from concept through execution.
