Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the finance team in Nashville, working directly with the Director of FP&A. You will build financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support growth across 60+ North American locations.

This role owns the annual plan, rolling forecast, variance analysis, and acquisition integration support, delivering timely insights to BU leaders and executives. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or a related finance function.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel fluency; NetSuite Planning & Budgeting experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Collaborative, high-ownership mindset and communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the enterprise-wide annual operating plan process with business unit leads.
• Maintain and update the rolling revenue and EBITDA forecast for leadership.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and explain drivers; flag risks and opportunities.
• Support acquisition modeling and post-close integration reporting.
• Build and maintain monthly performance packages for BU and executive leadership.
• Help develop scalable models, templates, and MOI (management operating rhythm).
• Respond to ad hoc data requests with speed and accuracy.
