Job summary

Vibrant Ingredients is seeking an FP&A Analyst to deliver financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and decision support across the organization, with a focus on manufacturing efficiency and margin improvement.

Responsibilities include building models, analyzing revenue and profitability, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive informed commercial decisions. A Bachelor's in finance-related field is required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis or corporate finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue performance, customer profitability, sales trends, and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to guide commercial decisions.
