Job summary

Vibrant Ingredients is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the company's accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance. The role oversees monthly closes, audits coordination, policy development, internal controls, and KPI analytics, with collaboration across HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance.

The position also drives annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, reports to executives, and supports capital planning and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end monthly close processes with accurate result delivery.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and Long-Range planning for Corporate Functions.
• Oversee CapEx governance, spend tracking, and capital allocation.
• Maintain finance master data governance across ERP and reporting systems.
• Partner with leadership to provide insights that support strategic decisions.
