Job summary

KBR is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting as it undergoes a spin-off to Trinzic. You will partner with finance and business leaders to deliver insights that influence strategic decisions and drive growth across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, data analysis, and clear communication of complex data to senior leadership. This is a high-visibility position based in the Arlington area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Develop short- and long-term financial forecasts using models.
• Perform monthly/quarterly variance analyses against budget/forecast.
• Partner with leaders to develop budgets and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards.
