Job summary

SupplyLogic is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to provide analysis and support to the finance team in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on compiling financial information, forecasting, and presenting insights to leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least eight years of accounting/financial planning experience, with strong Excel skills and a track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Eight years’ accounting and/or financial planning experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Private Equity backed experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, written and technical communication; solid presentations.
• Team player with attention to detail; entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excel proficiency: VLOOKUP, PivotTable and SUMIF.

Responsibilities

• Develops integrated OPEX analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information is recorded accurately.
• Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of inventory and commissions under management direction.
• Updates and analyzes departmental budgets for review by Sr. Leadership under supervision.
• Prepares presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Supports accounts payable billing modules within company software systems.
• Performs general ledger classifications and understands internal product codes.
• Processes daily billing, batch processing, invoice printing, adjustments, credits, freight bills, and month/year-end procedures.
• Assists with month end closing i.e. GL review.
• Mentors peers and fosters cross-training to strengthen customer service.
• Promotes high standards for quality and productivity.
• Proficient with DemandBridge software and related department tools.
• Uses problem-solving to resolve invoicing issues for clients.
• Treats customers and coworkers with respect and courtesy.
• Maintains consistent and timely attendance.
• Ad-hoc analysis and other duties as assigned.
