thyssenkrupp Elevator, a world-leading innovator in vertical transportation, seeks an experienced Financial Analyst, FP&A in Atlanta, GA. You will partner with sales, operations, and other teams to provide timely financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and insightful business reviews.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision support are essential. Your work includes building financial models in Excel and Power BI, performing variance analysis, and driving process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
• CPA/CFA progress, MBA coursework, or other relevant finance certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales, operations, and other business teams by preparing financial analysis and answering routine questions.
• Perform variance analyses, forecasting support, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare and maintain KPI reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.
• Gather and analyze internal and external data for business reviews and benchmarking.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and other tools to deliver timely financial information.
• Identify data issues and opportunities for standardization or automation.
