Job summary

TK Elevator, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst, FP&A, to support cross-functional teams with timely financial analysis, reporting, and business insights. The role emphasizes performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

You will partner with sales and operations to deliver data-driven insights, develop financial models, and improve reporting and forecasting processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, operations and other business teams to provide financial analysis and performance insights.
• Perform variance analysis, forecasting support, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare and maintain KPI reporting and highlight trends, risks and opportunities for stakeholders.
• Assist with budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze internal and external data to support business reviews and benchmarking.
