Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A in Atlanta, GA, to serve as a strategic partner across sales, operations, and other business units. You will analyze financial performance, support forecasting, and optimize business operations with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong modeling, ERP familiarity, and proficiency in Power BI or Tableau to create dashboards and deliver real-time insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and database management.
• Ability to develop complex financial models and perform scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to create dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and other business units to provide financial guidance and drive performance improvements.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and profitability assessments.
• Design and track KPIs, aligning with business objectives and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.
• Provide market and competitive insights to influence strategy.
• Leverage Power BI, Excel, and other tools to automate reporting and develop dashboards.
