Job summary

TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Finance- Service to lead FP&A for the LoB, develop KPI reporting, and expand the Finance Business Partner network.

You will partner with the executive team to deliver insights and drive performance across the business unit. The role requires a strong accounting/finance background, 12+ years of financial analysis, 5+ years managing teams, and fluency with Power BI, Excel, SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience valued.
• Strong ability to partner with executives and translate data into actionable insights.
• Extensive experience in forecasting, planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead LoB finance partner team and drive sales and operational performance.
• Develop and monitor LoB KPI reports and provide actionable insights.
• Support LoB transformation projects and ROI reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis on revenue, costs, and capital ROI.
• Collaborate with LoB leadership to support strategic planning and decision making.
