Job summary

TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with sales, operations and leadership. You will analyze performance, forecast results, and drive decisions using Power BI and ERP tools. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and strategic influence.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, KPI design, and scenario modeling. Strong communication skills and experience with SAP/Oracle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, EPM) and database management.
• Ability to develop complex financial models and perform scenario analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with sales, operations, and other business units to provide financial guidance and drive performance improvements.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments.
• KPI Development & Reporting: Design and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with objectives and identifying risks/opportunities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasts with accuracy and alignment.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Provide insights on market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage Power BI, Excel, and analytics tools to automate reporting and dashboards.
• Process Improvement: Identify efficiencies in financial reporting and analysis.
