Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will partner with finance and operations to provide insights that drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

The role focuses on building financial models, conducting variance analyses, and delivering data-driven decision support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-4 years of FP&A, finance, accounting or related analytical experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Able to organize and analyze large volumes of financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial models and planning tools.
• Gather and analyze financial and operational data to support planning.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget/forecast.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, labor costs, and operations data.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes as needed.
• Partner with finance and operations to provide insights and reporting.
• Evaluate business cases, contracts, and operational initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for management and decision-making.
• Support leadership with data and reporting for key decisions.
