• Proven history of implanting best practices around management reporting systems and processes.
• History of building relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Familiarity with real estate and professional services firms is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership who can derive actionable insights from data.
• Team-based and collaborative work style with transparent communication.
• Ability to assess finance organization and talent needs to support profitable growth.
• Executive presence to relate to people at all levels with strong listening and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to provide guidance on financial performance and operational drivers.
• Enhance financial reporting tools, automation, and processes for increased efficiency.
• Support quarterly, annual and mid-term financial commitments through performance management and regular business reviews.
• Develop monthly/quarterly/annual executive financial summaries for understanding results, risks and opportunities.
• Develop standard reporting packages to deploy across region markets.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts with effective tools and analysis.
• Drive financial analysis of performance to support prioritization and strategic decisions.
• Proactively build relationships across the organization and align FP&A with growth agenda.
