Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Manager for Investor Relations and FP&A to deliver analytical support to the Investor Relations and Global FP&A teams. The role interfaces with senior leaders and builds financial models and presentations for executives.

You will help manage quarterly earnings materials, analyst relationships, and strategic planning efforts. You will partner with the SVP of Investor Relations and cross-functional teams to provide timely insights, sharpen messaging and support

Qualifications

• 6+ years broad-based and progressive experience in finance roles.
• Experience with forecasting, financial modeling and business analysis.
• Prior Investor Relations experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support SVP of Investor Relations in developing quarterly earnings materials.
• Maintain sell-side analyst relationships and track estimates.
• Coordinate Investor Relations events and messaging with leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Controllership and Business Lines for insights.
• Provide strategic analysis and compare results across peers.
• Assist Global FP&A with planning and ad-hoc analyses.
