Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to perform simple to moderate standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects. This role supports the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting for business operations.

You will work with subsegment P&L, CAPEX, budgeting and forecasting, and prepare pro forma analyses while following CBRE procedures. A bachelor's degree and up to 3 years of experience, plus strong MS Office skills, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and making judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to perform percentages and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly review of subsegment results including P&L, capital, KPIs, CAPEX and spending.
• Assist with cost improvement and savings opportunities and collect data supporting commercial assessments.
• Support the annual budget process.
• Help with monthly and quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Produce routine and adhoc financial reports, packages and pro forma analyses.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines and use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.
