Job summary

Shoppa’s Material Handling in Fort Worth, TX seeks an FP&A professional to own cash flow modeling, budgeting, forecasting cycles, and the preparation of department, branch, and consolidated reporting packages used by senior leadership.

You will develop and standardize KPIs, perform variance analysis, build ROI analyses for capital requests, and partner with leaders to drive accountability and forecast accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics (CPA/CMA/MBA a plus).
• 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical accounting.
• Advanced Excel modeling; ERP/BI reporting experience; SQL a plus.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, cash flow mechanics, and variance analysis.
• Multi-entity or multi-branch reporting experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cash flow models and long-range projections.
• Lead annual operating budget and recurring reforecasts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages at all levels.
• Perform variance analysis and document drivers behind variances.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and calculations for leadership review.
• Support ROI analyses for capital spending and expansion opportunities.
