FORTNA is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will develop and consolidate financial plans, partner with operations, sales, and strategy, and deliver data-driven insights to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial modeling, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of delivering accurate, timely financial analysis in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• General ledger, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely materials for monthly and quarterly financial reports, presentations and dashboards that highlight KPIs.
• Strategic Analysis & Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts with business partners and lead the annual operating budget.
• Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Build and improve financial models with scenario analyses to inform decisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Operations, Accounting and Corporate Finance to ensure timely financial reporting and alignment on analyses.
