Shermco Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical FP&A professional to function as a strategic finance partner to operational leadership across the organization.

This role reports as an individual contributor and will work with General Managers and regional leaders to drive profitable growth from Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will improve forecasting accuracy, identify margin opportunities, manage costs, and translate financial data into actionable business recommendations for senior

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, operational finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and field operations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L management.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GMs and operational leaders to support profitability and performance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
• Analyze branch, region, and business unit P&L performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify key drivers of revenue, gross margin, labor productivity, project performance, and OPEX.
• Help leaders understand financial results and improve decision-making through analysis and reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior results.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.
