Job summary

Shoppa’s Material Handling is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to act as a financial partner, building cash flow models and leading the annual budget and forecast cycles. You will develop and standardize KPIs, partner with leaders to drive accountability, and monitor variances against budgets and prior periods.

You will create ROI analyses for capital requests, support long-range planning, and assist with M&A and expansion forecasting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical accounting.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling; ERP and BI reporting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, cash flow mechanics, and variance analysis.
• Multi-entity or multi-branch reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cash flow models and long-range projections.
• Lead annual operating budget and recurring reforecasts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for multiple levels.
• Perform variance analysis and document operational drivers.
• Develop KPI definitions, data sources, and calculation methods.
• Provide ROI analyses for capital spending and M&A considerations.
• Coordinate with leaders to review results and validate assumptions.
