Job summary

BlueCat is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as the FP&A partner for Corporate Services and support the company’s procurement function. You will own monthly financial rhythm, provide spend visibility, and deliver board-ready commentary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Strong Excel/modeling skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Hands-on experience with an planning tool (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion) and an ERP (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle).
• Strong communication skills to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range plan for Corporate Services cost centers.
• Run monthly variance analyses with drivers commentary for leadership.
• Partner with department leaders on headcount, vendor, and project spend decisions.
• Prepare business reviews and executive reporting for Corporate Services.
• Improve visibility into Facilities spend and other occupancy costs.
• Support company-wide budget and reforecast cycles.
• Build driver-based models and recurring management reports.
