Big Blue Marble Academy in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to help standardize reporting and drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and support key business decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, financial modeling capability, and the ability to work in a fast-growing, private-equity-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or similar role within a corporate finance environment.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Educational industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting process across cross-functional teams.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to highlight drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for performance analysis.
• Organize and manage complex datasets for financial reporting.
• Continuously refine FP&A processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis on key initiatives as requested.
