Job summary

Blue Streak LLC, based in Miami, seeks a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. The role supports FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, turning data into strategic insights for leadership.

You’ll work closely with Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to drive informed financial decisions and improve performance. Responsibilities include monthly reporting, forecasting updates, variance analysis, and developing dashboards in Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial concepts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Must have experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another BI/reporting platform.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and management reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting updates.
• Partner with department leaders to understand financial performance and provide insights.
• Analyze revenue, labor, operating expenses, and other key metrics.
• Develop and maintain budget, forecast, and prior periods variances across drivers.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to support management decisions.
• Analyze profitability by customer, project, department, or segment.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs in PowerBI.
• Monitor working capital and cash flow; support month-end reporting.
• Improve and automate recurring reporting processes.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to management.
