Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or quantitative field.
• Knowledgeable in BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, SQL).
• Experience with financial systems (Workday, Snowflake, Lawson, Infinium, Micros, Kronos, LMS).
• 3–5 years in gaming/hospitality in leadership or enterprise roles.
• Able to communicate with all management levels and executives.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel and obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Partner with senior leadership and property teams to optimize planning and forecast accuracy.
• Leverage BI tools and data to support strategic decision making and playbooks across the enterprise.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses, root-cause analyses and variance analyses with accuracy.
• Mentor Analysts in FP&A and ensure quality of deliverables.
