Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting for the VP Operational Finance. You will develop financial plans, analyze trends, and provide insights on cash flow and cost allocation.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft tools, operating on-site at the Las Vegas property. You will collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis team, deliver automated reporting tools, and

Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, such as technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Thorough understanding of GAAP, GAAS, systems analysis, big data analysis principles and design, and project management.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

Assist the Financial Planning & Analysis team on all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing efforts.
Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all ad-hoc analyses and reports, metrics, and dashboards.
Prepare and analyze actual financial results with appropriate comparison to historical performance.
Contribute to financial management of property by providing insights and recommendations on cash flow, cost identification and allocation, and risk management.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
