GAF Materials Corp. in the United States is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for Specialty Products to lead comprehensive financial analysis across GAF Energy, Standard Logistics and Specialty Granules, guiding planning and forecasting.

Reporting to the Business Finance Director, you will own the full P&L, prepare monthly and quarterly performance analyses, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to mitigate risk and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree business or related discipline required and Master’s degree Finance/Accounting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and management skills are required
• Advanced problem solving and decision‑making skills and ability to influence cross-functional leaders

Responsabilités

• Own the full Specialty Products P&L and perform comprehensive financial analysis of business performance
• Prepare monthly & quarterly performance analyses and support forward-looking analyses to mitigate risk and create value
• Coordinate with Specialty Products finance team on monthly supplemental schedules and annual planning
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reporting, dashboards, and P&L analysis
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve cash flow and profitability
