CohnReznick is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our corporate Finance leadership team in Parsippany, NJ. You will consolidate forecasts, explain variances, and support board packs with tables and reconciliations.

You will maintain planning templates, improve reports, and assist in budgeting and reforecasts. Strong Excel, planning tools, and data visualization skills are essential, with collaboration across leadership and teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or Big 4 audit/transaction services experience.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of three financial statements.
• Experience with planning tools (Adaptive or similar) and data visualization or automation tools.

Aufgaben

• Consolidate forecast and actuals into one set of numbers each month.
• Explain variances to budget and forecast by driver, not only by line item.
• Support board pack: tables, charts, reconciliations, and tie-outs to the close.
• Maintain and improve planning templates and reports in Adaptive; collaborate with planning systems team.
• Support annual budget and reforecasts; ensure accurate inputs and reasonable assumptions.
• Reduce manual data preparation through templates, automation, and reporting tools.
• Build ad hoc analyses for CFO and senior leaders as directed.
