Job summary

LendingOne, a private real estate lender headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a finance analytics professional who can turn complex data into clear insights and strengthen reporting; you will automate workflows and support capital and accounting processes.

You will leverage AI and automation to reduce manual tasks, improve accuracy, and build faster, smarter workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you love numbers and problem‑solving, this is your role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage or similar accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly Capital Market Reports on balances, utilization, and cash forecasting.
• Review and issue monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports to Warehouse Lenders.
• Prepare variance analyses and P&L reports for Management Updates and Board Meetings.
• Perform sensitivity analyses on forecast changes and profitability.
• Ad hoc reporting for special projects as required.
• Automate data entry and month-end close using machine learning and generative tools.
• Work with banks/servicers to streamline data flow via APIs.
• Evaluate complex financial documents and flag inconsistencies.
• Support external audits with organized requests and bank confirmations.
