LendingOne in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting to the Controller, you will manage core GL duties and end-to-end accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, strong Excel skills, familiarity with QuickBooks or Sage, and a proactive mindset to leverage new technologies—including AI for process automation—and to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day financial transactions and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Assist with yearly audits.
• Oversee full-cycle AP and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Asset Management, and Post-Closing teams to verify billing accuracy.
• Help with technology transitions and process automation.
