Lendistry, based in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring an FP&A Associate to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across critical business initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to translate data into insights that drive performance and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes building management reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, with opportunities to impact growth and profitability in a fintech/lending environment. This is an onsite position in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, advisory/consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong Excel/modeling skills and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with large datasets and synthesizing insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecast updates and annual budget process.
• Perform variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to analyze CAC and marketing channel performance.
• Analyze loan pricing and approval/exception trends.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and board/investor materials.
• Develop KPI tracking and reporting frameworks.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on business performance, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.
