Job summary

LendingOne, LLC, a Boca Raton, FL-based private lender, is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the team. You will report to the Controller and handle general ledger duties along with end-to-end accounts payable management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with QuickBooks or Sage. You’ll work with Asset Management, Post-Closing, and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to troubleshoot discrepancies and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day financial transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Oversee full-cycle AP and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Assist with month-end closing and yearly audits.
• Collaborate with Legal, Asset Management and Post-Closing teams.
• Support technology transitions and process automation initiatives.
