Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Financial Analyst in Indianapolis to provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support. You will model and analyze financial trends, prepare executive dashboards, and collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau. Bachelor's in finance-related field required; master’s or CPA/CFA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s or CFA/CPA a plus.
• 1-3 years minimum FP&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making (variance, profitability, trends).
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning; monitor performance against budgets.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior management with KPIs and variances.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data from multiple sources for reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business units to understand financial needs for strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business objectives.
