Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
• Advanced modeling, Excel, dashboards, and presentation skills
• Experience building budgets and forecasts and presenting to executives
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities
• Familiarity with BI tools including Power Query and SQL
• Experience using AI/tools to drive automation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Self-directed, fast-paced, with ability to manage priorities
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven storytelling
• Track record of stability and career progression
