Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in FP&A, strong SQL, advanced Excel, and experience communicating complex financial information to executives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Advanced Excel with modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing decisions.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (consulting/Big4/PE valued).
• Ability to build insights from imperfect data sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance, forecasting, and performance analysis for executive decision-making.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and risk analysis.
• Develop financial models for short- and long-term planning.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards.
