Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent
• Oncology experience highly preferred or fee-for-service healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-modeling tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manager to operate FP&A for Navista (Oncology MSO) as strategic advisor to senior leadership
• Design, develop, and improve standardized reporting and consolidation tools for actuals, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with corporate objectives
• Deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting and performance analysis for data-driven decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders and finance teams to support strategic initiatives
• Lead month-end close activities ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial results
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive presentations as needed
